Our partnership with Lionsgate UK for the release of the film Hacksaw Ridge won Best Brand Partnership at the Digiday Publishing Awards on 4th October.
The film, starring Andrew Garfield, was directed by Mel Gibson and told the true story of Desmond Doss who saved 75 men at the battle of Okinawa without firing a single shot or carrying a weapon. The heart of our partnership was a long copy parallax site which we created to talk about Doss, his amazing feat and other related themes.
We custom-built every piece of media to deliver exponential brand awareness and performance. Over a two-week period, the campaign generated nationwide awareness of Hacksaw Ridge by exciting, engaging and educating the 26m UK browsers of The Independent on World War II events that shaped the story of the film (ABC Feb 2017)
