ESI Media win Gold at 2017 Media Week Awards

Our commercial team scooped the Media Brand of the Year at the Media Week Awards.

Last year our challenge was to change people’s perceptions about the ESI Media brand: “You guys are the Evening Standard, right?” Wrong…we’re so much more!

  • The Independent is the fastest-growing digital news brand in the UK and the US and it published the most read social media news story during the Olympics, Brexit and the US Election.
  • We deliver more copies of the Evening Standard in a two-mile radius of Charing Cross than The Times does nationally.
  • Our events are attended by the most influential people in the UK, from Sadiq Khan to Prince Charles.
  • We have raised more than £5m to help disadvantaged Londoners through our dispossessed fund in the last 12 months alone.
  • Our brands reach over 23 million people across the UK every month and we are Campaign’s cross platform sales team of the year.
